Ending Date means the calendar date specified in the Notice of Intent as the date upon which lead - based paint abatement activities are completed.

More Definitions of Ending Date

Ending Date means the date when all work under this agreement is scheduled to be completed. It is also the latest date grant funds will be provided under this agreement, without an approved extension. Such date is set forth in paragraph 2 of part B of this Agreement.

Ending Date means the March 31, June 30, September 30 or December 31, as the case may be, on which a particular Offering concludes.
