Energy Contract Quantity definition

Energy Contract Quantity means the quantity of Energy set forth in Exhibit A, which will be delivered to the CAISO by Seller and scheduled with Buyer as an IST.
Energy Contract Quantity means the quantity of Energy set forth in Exhibit A, which will be delivered to the CAISO by Seller and scheduled to Buyer’s Third Party SC on a Day-Ahead basis as an IST.
Energy Contract Quantity means the quantity of Energy to be delivered hereunder by Xxxxxx to Buyer during each month and each hour of each month, as set forth on Exhibit A.

Examples of Energy Contract Quantity in a sentence

  • For each month during the Delivery Period, Buyer will pay Seller an amount equal to the Energy Contract Quantity delivered and scheduled in accordance with this Confirmation multiplied by the Energy Contract Price specified in Exhibit A.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that, as of the Effective Date, the WREGIS Certificates associated with the Renewable Energy Contract Quantity for a month are not available for transfer to Buyer until approximately ninety (90) days after the end of such month.

  • The Renewable Energy Contract Quantity is set forth in Exhibit A and shall be delivered during the time periods specified in Exhibit A.

  • For each Energy Delivery Month in the Delivery Period, Seller shall deliver or make available, or cause to be delivered or made available to Buyer, the Renewable Energy Contract Quantity during the relevant time periods as set forth on Exhibit A.

  • Seller’s obligation to deliver Product in an amount equal to the Renewable Energy Contract Quantity and at the times specified in Exhibit A is a firm obligation and shall not be excused for any reason other than an event of Force Majeure to the extent provided in Section 3.3 of the Master Agreement.

  • For each month during the Delivery Period, Buyer will pay Seller an amount equal to the Carbon Free Energy Contract Quantity multiplied by the Carbon Free Energy Price specified in Exhibit C.

  • Of Load or Incremental Fixed Energy Contract Quantity Percentage fixes the unit Price for a fixed percentage of the total requirement of the specified commodity for the specified Delivery Point, Time Patte rn, and Holiday Pattern.

Energy Contract Quantity means the quantity of Energy to be delivered by Seller to Buyer hereunder, as set forth on Exhibit A.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.
