Energy Premium Contract definition

Energy Premium Contract has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph (B) of the Recitals. "Energy Premium Regime" has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph (B) of the Recitals. “Excusable Events” means any of the following events:
