The Parties hereby acknowledges and agree that the registration rights provided for in this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Units are the sole and exclusive registration rights of the Energy Transfer Parties and their Affiliates (as defined in the Partnership Agreement) with respect to the Registrable Units beneficially owned by the Energy Transfer Parties and their Affiliates.
