This bylaw may be cited as “Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw No. 2000-375’.
Any person designated as a Bylaw Enforcement Officer pursuant to the City of Dawson Creek’s Bylaw Enforcement Notice Bylaw or Dawson Creek’s Municipal Ticket Information Bylaw is hereby authorized and empowered to enforce the provisions of this Bylaw by the Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw No. 4277, 2016 or by the Municipal Ticket Information System Bylaw No. 4278, 2016.
This bylaw may be cited as “Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw No. 4277, 2016”.
Any person designated as a Bylaw Enforcement Officer pursuant to the City of Dawson Creek’s Bylaw Enforcement Notice Bylaw or Dawson Creek’s Municipal Ticket Information Bylaw is hereby authorized and empowered to enforce the provisions of this Bylaw by the Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw No. 4277, 2016 as amended from time to time, or by the Municipal Ticket Information System Bylaw No. 4278, 2016 as amended from time to time.
Any person designated as a Bylaw Enforcement Officer pursuant to the “Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw 5700-2018” is hereby authorized and empowered to enforce the provisions of this Bylaw by Bylaw Notice or as otherwise provided by this Bylaw.
The offences in Schedule A, Appendix 5(A) of the RDOS Bylaw Enforcement Bylaw No. 2507 are designated for enforcement.
Bylaw Services Officer means an employee of the Town who has been appointed to the position of Bylaw Services Officer pursuant to the Bylaw Enforcement Bylaw 5-2 or Land Use Bylaw 31-3.
