Enforcement Committee definition

Enforcement Committee means a committee consisting of representatives of the Settling States and of the Participating Subdivisions. Exhibit B contains the organizational bylaws of the Enforcement Committee. Notice pursuant to subsection XVI.P shall be provided when there are changes in membership or contact information.
Enforcement Committee means the Enforcement Committee established under section 52 of the Financial Services Act 2007;

Examples of Enforcement Committee in a sentence

  • A Member receiving notice of an alleged breach and 16 proposed liquidated damages shall have five (5) days from the date that the Member receives the notice 17 to request an appeal hearing before the Enforcement Committee.

  • The Enforcement Committee shall make reasonable 23 efforts to schedule the meeting at a time and place such that the Member requesting the appeal is able 24 to attend, and shall provide the Member with at least thirty (30) days advance written notice of the time 25 and place of the meeting.

  • If the Enforcement Committee determines that a Member breached 31 this Agreement, the Sector shall have the right to collect from such Member the liquidated damages 32 amount provided for such breach under this Agreement.

  • Not less than thirty (30) days prior to each annual Season Opening Date, the 28 Enforcement Committee, in consultation with the Manager, shall adopt Base Values and Base Value 29 multipliers, and the liquidated damages amounts for breaches of this Agreement other than over‐ 30 harvest of a Member’s Harvest Share, which shall be based on the Enforcement Committee’s estimate 31 of the losses that the Sector and its Members could be expected to suffer as a result of such breaches.

  • If a Member fails to pay the liquidated 22 damages amount assessed by the Enforcement Committee with interest within thirty (30) days of the 23 end of the voluntary compliance period described in Section 10.9, above, the Sector may pursue legal 24 action to collect the liquidated damages.
