Enrollment applicant definition

Enrollment applicant means a person submitting an application for enrollment or re- enrollment as an informal child care provider, or the director designated to submit such an application to be a legally exempt group child care program on behalf of an entity, including, but not limited to, a person, association, corporation, partnership, institution, organization, or agency.

  • If there are no students on the lottery list and if there is more than one post-Open Enrollment applicant, SBS will conduct a public lottery—as described in Section II.D—to determine the order in which open spaces will be offered to applicants.

Related to Enrollment applicant

  • Enrollment means the number of students who are enrolled in a school operated by the district on October 1. A student shall be counted as one whether the student is enrolled as a full-time or part-time student. Students enrolled in prekindergarten programs shall not be counted.

  • Enrollment Agreement means an agreement between the Company and an employee, in such form as may be established by the Company from time to time, pursuant to which the employee elects to participate in this Plan, or elects changes with respect to such participation as permitted under the Plan.

  • Eligible elector means a person who meets the specific requirements for voting at a specific election or for a specific candidate, ballot question, or ballot issue. If no specific provisions are given, an eligible elector shall be a registered elector, as defined in subsection (35) of this section.

  • Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.

  • Account Application Form means the Personal Account Application Form for International Personal Banking or Wealth and Investment as applicable;

  • Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.

  • Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.

  • Deferral Election means the Participant’s election under Section 3.1 to defer all or a portion of his or her Compensation.

  • Provider Enrollment means an agreement between the Department and a Medicaid provider to provide room and board and deliver care and services to a Medicaid eligible individual in an adult foster home for compensation.

  • Program participant means an individual certified by the secretary as a program participant under Iowa Code section 9E.3.

  • Enroll means to do the following:

  • Declining enrollment means a decrease in the District's total enrollment or enrollment in a particular program or curricular / instructional offering which in the sole judgment of the board of education may adversely affect the District's current or future funding and/or the necessity of maintaining certain current or future class sections or curricular / instructional offerings.

  • Account Opening Application Form means the application form/questionnaire completed by the Client in order to apply for the Company’s Services under this Agreement and a Client Account, via which form/questionnaire the Company will obtain amongst other things information for the Client’s identification and due diligence, his categorization and appropriateness or suitability (as applicable) in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

  • Plan Administrator means the person, persons, and/or third-party administrator designated by the Company to administer the day to day operations of the Plan and the Company’s other equity incentive programs.

  • Primary election means any regular primary election held under the election

  • Enrolment means the process, as may be specified by regulations, to collect demographic and biometric information from individuals by the enrolling agencies for the purpose of issuing Aadhaar numbers to such individuals under this Act;

  • Distribution Election With respect to any Series, as specified in the related Supplement.
