Entrance Date definition

Entrance Date means the date on which an Eligible Director elects to become a Participant in the Plan by delivering to the Company the election authorization described in Section 6 hereof.

Related to Entrance Date

  • Allowance Date means the date on which a Claim becomes an Allowed Claim.
