Entry Point definition

Entry Point means a point just downstream of the final treatment operation, but upstream of the first user and upstream of any mixing with other water. If raw water is used without treatment, the “entry point” is the raw water source. If a PWS receives treated water from another PWS, the “entry point” is a point just downstream of the other PWS, but upstream of the first user on the receiving PWS, and upstream of any mixing with other water.
Entry Point means a location in the water system after treatment or chemical addition, if any, but prior to the distribution system. A sample collected in the distribution system may be con- sidered an entry point sample if the department has determined it is more representative of the water sources.
Entry Point means a single, indivisible (except as allowed under this applications and queuing policy) point, that for purposes under the access arrangement involving the transfer of electricity, is deemed to consist of a single attachment point, connected or to be connected to a user’s connection point, with a single meter (regardless of the actual configuration of network assets making up the entry point), at which electricity is more likely to be transferred into the network than out of the network.
