Receipt Point definition

Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
Receipt Point means a location on the Canadian Pipeline as set out in Schedule "A" hereto at which a Shipper may, in accordance with a Transportation Service Agreement, tender Gas and includes the Alliance Trading Pool for FDS, FDS-IBR and ITDS.
Receipt Point means a point on the Network at which Gas is, or is to be, received into the Network.

Examples of Receipt Point in a sentence

  • Shipper guarantees that from the Commencement Date through the end of the Term, it shall ship on the Spearhead Pipeline, or otherwise pay for, at least the Minimum Volume Commitment from Griffith, Indiana, or any Intermediate Receipt Point, or, if and when the Southern Access project is completed as referenced in Section 6.1 hereof, Flanagan, Illinois to Cushing, Oklahoma, at the applicable Committed Rate.

  • If, during the Term of this Agreement one or more intermediate interconnection points to the Spearhead Pipeline are added, whether at the request of a shipper or otherwise (each an “Intermediate Receipt Point”), then originating receipts into the Spearhead Pipeline may be at the Intermediate Receipt Point in addition to Griffith, Indiana or Flanagan, Illinois.

  • There will be no adjustment to the Committed Rates in connection with the addition and use for originating receipts of any Intermediate Receipt Point.

Receipt Point means a Welded Point from which a Shipper nominates to have Gas transported.
