Environmental Facilities definition

Environmental Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 12.15.1.
Environmental Facilities means the soil and ground water remediation and sampling system and facilities described in the Phase I Assessment, together with such additions and changes as are made to address the Environmental Matters.
Environmental Facilities means a building or place that provides for the recreational use or scientific study of natural systems, and includes walking tracks, seating, shelters, board walks, observation decks, bird hides or the like, and associated display structures.
