Environmental Indemnities definition

Environmental Indemnities means, collectively, each Environmental Indemnity for the Individual Properties.

Environmental Indemnities means the indemnities executed by the Corporation, as indemnitor, in favor of the Office, the Authority, the Trustee and the other parties named therein, as indemnitees, each setting forth certain indemnification obligations relating to Hazardous Materials.

Environmental Indemnities shall collectively mean the environmental indemnity agreements, if any, required to be executed by Guarantor in connection with any of the Initial Loans in accordance with this Agreement.
