Environmental Study definition

Environmental Study has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16(a).
Environmental Study means work pertaining to the measurement or statistical evaluation of the physical, chemical and biological elements of the lands, oceans or coastal zones, including winds, waves, tides, currents, precipitation, ice cover and movement, icebergs, pollution effects, flora and fauna both onshore and offshore, human activity and habitation and any related matters;
Environmental Study shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.8(i) hereof

  • The Phase I Environmental Study must fully address all recommendations of the Qualified Environmental Professional.

  • The Phase I (and Phase II when recommended by the Qualified Environmental Professional) Environmental Study must have been conducted within six (6) months of the Application Submission.

More Definitions of Environmental Study

Environmental Study means those certain environmental assessments, and documents upon which such assessments are based, prepared by an environmental consulting firm acceptable to Administrative Agent with regard to the existing and potential liability of any Credit Party with respect to any environmental matters, including a review of compliance with Environmental Laws.
