the environmental statement means the document certified as the environmental statement by the Secretary of State for the purposes of the Order;
the environmental statement means the environmental statement submitted under regulation 5(2)(a) of the 2009 Regulations and certified as such by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this Order;

More Definitions of the environmental statement

the environmental statement means the environmental statement submitted with the application for the Order:
the environmental statement means the document identified in Table 11 of Schedule 14 (documents and plans to be certified) to this Order and which is certified as such by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this Order;
