Environmental Warranty definition

Environmental Warranty means a representation or warranty in Section 4.21.
Environmental Warranty means a representation or warranty in Section 1.17 of the Additional Representations Certificate.
Environmental Warranty means a representation or warranty in SECTION 2.21 or SECTION 3.13.
