EOI Process definition

EOI Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Coffey) or upon the earlier termination of the process

EOI Process means the process governing the submission and evaluation of the EOI responses as set out in this EOI;

• All documents and other information provided by EOI Process Authority or submitted by a Proposer to EOI Process Authority shall remain or become the property of EOI Process Authority, as the case may be.

• EOI Process Authority shall treat all information, submitted as part of a Proposal as confidential and shall require all those who have access to such material to treat it in confidence.

• The competent courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising under, pursuant to or in connection with EOI Process, this EOI and Proposals.
