Access Terminal means any device used to access any of the Depositor’s Accounts, including without limitation an ATM, a computer, a portable hand-held device, or a telephone including any form of mobile telephone.

Client Terminal means the MetaTrader program version 4 and/or 5, which is used by the Client in order to obtain information of financial markets (which content is defined by the Company) in real-time, to make technical analysis of the markets, make Transactions, place/modify/delete Orders, as well as to receive notices from the Company. The program can be downloaded on the Website free of charge.
POS Terminal or ‘Point-of-Sale Terminal’ means an electronic device used by a Retailer to authorise and accept a Card Transaction.

Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.
Normal Termination means termination of employment or service with the Company and Affiliates:
(i) by the Optionee;
(ii) upon retirement;
(iii) on account of death or Disability; or
(iv) by the Company, a Subsidiary or Affiliate without Cause.
Partial Termination has the meaning set forth in the Section 6.3(a).
Post-Termination Period means a period of 12 months (subject to extension as set forth in Section 8(f)) following the effective date of the termination of Executive’s employment.
Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.
Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.
