Employment Termination definition

Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.
Employment Termination means that a Participant has ceased, for any reason and with or without cause, to be an employee or Director of, or a consultant to, the Company, the Advisor or any Affiliate of the Company. However, the term “Employment Termination” shall not include a transfer of a Participant from the Company to the Advisor or any Affiliate of the Company or the Advisor or vice versa, or from any such Affiliate to another, or a leave of absence duly authorized by the Company unless the Board has provided otherwise.

  • The Employment Termination Date shall be as follows: (i) if the Executive’s employment is terminated by Executive’s death, the date of Executive’s death; (ii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated pursuant to any other provision of this Agreement, the date specified in the Notice of Termination (the “Employment Termination Date”).

  • Notwithstanding any Company policy or practice to the contrary, in order to be reimbursable hereunder, any such expenses shall have been submitted to the Company with documentation no later than thirty (30) days after the Employment Termination Date.
