Equilibrated Basis definition

Equilibrated Basis means determination/computation of various quality parameters such as but not limited to ash, volatile matter, fixed carbon, Gross Calorific Value etc. expressed at Equilibrated Moisture level determined at 60% relative humidity (RH) and 40 degree Celsius (°C).
