Equipment Site definition

Equipment Site means the postal address of the site where the Equipment is located.
Equipment Site means the California Department of Technology’s location, as identified in this Agreement, which Licensee represents, is operated or controlled by Licensee. Licensee may change the Equipment Site to another location located within the United States without incurring additional charges.
Equipment Site means the CDT’s location, as identified in this Agreement, which is operated or controlled by the CDT. The CDT may change the Equipment Site to another location located within the United States without incurring additional charges.

More Definitions of Equipment Site

Equipment Site means the location of the Equipment at the Property, as further described in Exhibit B hereto.
Equipment Site means any of the engineering laboratory facilities for NEES research funded by the National Science Foundation during the National Science Foundation’s Fiscal Years 2000-2004 under program solicitations NSF 00-06 and NSF 01-164 and meeting the terms of either a National Science Foundation cooperative agreement for NEES facility construction or a current award or subaward from the NEES Consortium for maintenance and operation.

Related to Equipment Site

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.
