Equity Group definition

Equity Group means those holders of Class C Preferred Units of CII as of the Agreement Date set forth on Schedule 1.1(b) and their Affiliates (including related funds that are Affiliates under common management with such holders, whether by contract or otherwise).
Equity Group means the Health Care Group, the BRS Group and the Xxxxx Group.
Equity Group means, collectively, the Parent, the Bank and its Affiliates.

  • Executive must remain continuously employed with the Equity Group through the payment date of the Annual Incentive Bonus in order to earn such Annual Incentive Bonus.

  • Minority Group means any of the following racial or ethnic groups:

  • Company Equity Incentive Plan means the Company’s omnibus equity plan, last approved by Company Shareholders on November 6, 2018 and as proposed to be amended at the Company’s May 7, 2019 shareholders’ meeting.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.
