Equity Membership definition

Equity Membership means a membership in the Club entitling the member to vote on matters submitted for the vote of the members.
Equity Membership means a Lifetime Membership, Resident Golf Membership, Non-Resident Golf Membership, Sustaining Corporate Membership, Corporate Golf Membership, Resident Membership or Associate Membership.
Equity Membership means any equity membership in the Club held by either an Equity Member or an Equity Assigned Member meeting the following criteria:

  • The holders of Equity Membership Units are entitled to one vote per share on all matters submitted to a vote of Shareholders of the Company.

  • Equity Members will, at all times, have the right to upgrade to a higher category of Equity Membership, subject to the Equity Membership being available and not reserved and subject to any waiting list for the higher category of Equity Membership.

  • The Corporate Designee of an Equity Membership shall be entitled to exercise the voting and other privileges of the Equity Membership.

  • Refundable Equity Members (other than surviving spouses of deceased Equity Members as provided in Section VI.D) may not downgrade to a lower category of Equity Membership as a matter of right.
