Equity Membership definition

Equity Membership means the membership of, and the associated shares of
Equity Membership means a membership in the Club entitling the member to vote on matters submitted for the vote of the members.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Proposer is a publicly traded company, shareholders with less than a 10% interest in the Proposer shall not be considered Equity Members.

  • New Members As Defined By the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA)

  • Majority Members means Members holding a majority of the Units owned by all Members or if there is only one Member, such Member.

  • Consortium Members means any or all of the members of Consortium and in the event of reconstitution of the Consortium; it shall include members of such reconstituted Consortium.]

  • Membership means the definition of that term under section 6 as in effect for the particular fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
