Equivalent size definition
Equivalent size means that the replacement units contain at least the same total number of bedrooms as the units being replaced.
Equivalent size. Equivalent Size means that each Replacement Deed-Restricted Units contains at least the same number of bedrooms as the Dwelling Unit being Replaced.
