Passenger car means every motor vehicle other than a motorcycle designed and used primarily for
Site Visit means a visit to the Site; and
Antique trailer means every trailer or semitrailer, as defined in this section, that was actually
Stinger-steered automobile or watercraft transporter means an automobile or watercraft transporter
Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;
Access Point means a provider, public or private institution, advocacy organization, legal representative, or educational institution with staff trained to complete applications and guide individuals with a disability to needed services.
Train Slot has the meaning ascribed to it in Part D of the Network Code;
Rack means a mechanism for delivering motor vehicle fuel or diesel from a refinery or terminal into a truck, trailer, railroad car, or other means of non-bulk transfer.
Busy Line Verification (BLV) means a service whereby an End User requests an operator to confirm the busy status of a line.
Premium Loading means the additional premium on top of the Standard Premium charged by the Company to the Policy Holder according to the additional risk assessed for the Insured Person.
Active User means PSC employees, and any users actively participating on the system in any given month of operation, who shall be bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Licensor does not impose a limit on the number of Active Users accessing or registering to use the system.
Parapet means a low wall or railing built along the edge of a roof or a floor;
