The Escrow Deadline was extended to July 12, 2019 (the "Escrow Extension").
In the event that the Escrow Release Condition is satisfied prior to the Escrow Deadline, the Subscriber hereby expressly and irrevocably authorizes and directs the Escrow Agent to immediately release and deliver the Escrowed Funds to the Issuer, without any further notice to the Subscriber.
The Subscriber further acknowledges and agrees that, if the Escrow Release Condition is satisfied by the Escrow Deadline, the Subscription Receipts will convert automatically, with no further action on the part of the Subscriber, into Units.
The Subscriber will only be entitled to receive the Units if the Release Notice is provided to the Escrow Agent by the Issuer prior to the Escrow Deadline.
