Examples of Escrow List in a sentence

  • In the event that this Agreement is so terminated, the Agent shall in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the Deposit Agreement destroy the Escrow List of Loans, in as far as it has been deposited in the form of a CD-ROM or other electronic data carrier and the same has not been released pursuant to Article 3 of the Deposit Agreement.
