Escrow Mortgage Loan definition

Escrow Mortgage Loan. Any Mortgage Loan for which the related Servicer has established an Escrow Account for items constituting Escrow Payments.
Escrow Mortgage Loan. A Mortgage Loan for which Escrow Payments are required to be escrowed by the Mortgage or any other document.
Escrow Mortgage Loan. The Mortgage Loans for which the Company has established an escrow account for items constituting Escrow Payments.
