Escrow Release Amount definition

Escrow Release Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a).
Escrow Release Amount means the amount of cash collateral released from the Project Restricted Accounts, in aggregate, as set forth under the Escrow Release Schedule.
Escrow Release Amount means, collectively, the amounts distributed from the Escrow Fund to the Holders pursuant to Section 9.7(k) and the Escrow Agreement.

More Definitions of Escrow Release Amount

Escrow Release Amount means any amount of the Escrow Fund that is required to be released and distributed to the Surviving Company (for further distribution to the Participating Optionholders and the Bonus Payment Recipients), the Exchange Agent (for further distribution to the Other Stockholders) and the Specified Stockholders pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Initial Indemnity Escrow Amount and any portion of the Pending Claims Reserve applicable to a Pending Claim to which Holdco is not entitled pursuant to a Joint Notice.
Escrow Release Amount means, with respect to any applicable month, an amount equal to (i) the quotient of the Released Backlog over the Required Contract Backlog multiplied by (ii) the Escrow Amount.
