Examples of Establishment Order in a sentence
The National Park Authority is the sole local planning authority for the area of the South Downs National Park pursuant to Section 4A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and as provided in The South Downs National Park Authority (Establishment) Order 2010 from 1st April 2011.
