Estate Home definition

Estate Home means a single-family dwelling with five (5) or more bedrooms.
Estate Home means a single family dwelling with five or more bedrooms located on property zoned R-1-B, R-1-A, R-1-AH, or G-R-5.

  • Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless GP from and against any and all claims, obligations, liabilities or demands with respect to and arising out of any breach by Contractor of this Agreement.

  • C It is specifically recorded that the Purchaser has been given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Property and is satisfied that save as recorded in this Agreement, the Property is suitable for the purpose for which it is being purchased and that the Purchaser has acquitted himself with the nature, condition, extent and locality of the Property, any conditions in respect thereof and the Constitution of the King’s View Estate Home Owners’ Association.

  • Private home means a private residence in which the licensee permanently resides, which residency is not contingent upon caring for children or employment by a child placing agency. Private home includes a full-time foster family home, a full-time foster family group home, a group child care home, or a family child care home, as follows:
