Estate Professional definition

Estate Professional means those Persons employed pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with sections 327, 328 and 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code or who are entitled to compensation or reimbursement pursuant to sections 503(b)(3)(D) or 506(b) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Independent professional advice means advice of an attorney, certified public accountant, actuary, or other licensed professional adviser.
