Estimated Completion Date definition

Estimated Completion Date means the estimated date upon which a Project will have been substantially completed in accordance with the plans and specifications applicable thereto as that date shall be set forth in a Written Certificate of the City.
Estimated Completion Date means the date upon which the CONTRACTOR estimates that the Works will be fully completed and ready for handover to the OWNER, of which date the CONTRACTOR shall inform the OWNER as set out in clause 3.5 and to be confirmed in writing at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the completion date;

Estimated Completion Date means the date that is fifteen (15) months after the date hereof.
