  • Tenant shall furnish the Estimated Work Cost to Landlord by the time set forth in Section 2.2 above.

  • Thereafter, Tenant shall cause the Space Planner to prepare preliminary space plans and specifications (the "Preliminary Plans") for all leasehold improvements to be constructed for Tenant in the Premises, which Preliminary Plans shall be sufficient to obtain an Estimated Work Cost for the construction and installation of the Tenant Improvements as shown thereon.

  • The Estimated Work Cost shall separately itemize the cost of changes to the Base Building Improvements for those Tenant Improvements that will necessitate changes in the Base Building Improvements.

  • Landlord shall promptly notify Tenant of the amount of such bid plus the amount required to pay for the preparation of the Preliminary Plans and of architectural and engineering construction drawings for the Tenant Improvements (the "Estimated Work Cost").

  • The Working Drawings shall be completed within fifteen (15) business days after approval of the Preliminary Plans and Estimated Work Cost, but in no event later than June 15, 2001.

  • Within five (5) business days following such meeting, Tenant shall cause Tenant's Architect to revise the Preliminary Plans and to submit new Preliminary Plans for approval by Landlord in accordance with the procedure set forth above and for a new Estimated Work Cost to be prepared by Landlord.

  • If Tenant timely disapproves the Estimated Work Cost, then within five-(5) business days thereafter, Tenant shall meet with Landlord, Contractor and Tenant's Architect to discuss value engineering changes to the Preliminary Plans.

  • Landlord shall furnish the Estimated Work Cost to Tenant by the time set forth in Section 2.3 above.

  • If the Estimated Work Cost is less than or equal to $6.00 per square foot of the ----- Rentable Area of the Premises (the "Landlord's Allowance"), then Landlord shall proceed in accordance with paragraph 4.

  • The procedure set forth in this paragraph will be repeated until Tenant has approved the Estimated Work Cost.

Related to Estimated Work Cost

  • Estimated Cost , for the purposes of rule 22, means the estimated cost to maintain, repair or replace a major capital item;

  • Estimated Project Cost means Benchmark cost of MNRE which is Rs 8.00 Crore/MWp as per MNRE letter no. 03/20/2014-15/GCRT/11.12.14 at the time of Bid Due date.

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Net cost means the Contractor’s actual cost after deducting all permitted cash and trade discounts, rebates, allowances, credits, sales taxes, commissions, and refunds (whether or not any or all of the same shall have been taken by the Contractor) of all parts and materials purchased by the Contractor solely for the use in performing its obligation hereunder provided, where such purchase has received the prior written approval of the Manager as required herein. The Contractor shall promptly furnish to the Manager such bills of sale and other instruments as the Manger may require, executed, acknowledged and delivered, assuring to the Manager title to such materials, supplies, equipment, parts, and tools free of encumbrances.

  • Direct Cost means a cost not to exceed the cost of labor, material, travel and other expenditures to the extent the costs are directly incurred to provide the relevant assistance or service. “Direct Cost” to the Acquirer for its use of any of a Respondent’s employees’ labor shall not exceed the average hourly wage rate for such employee;

  • Estimated Construction Cost or “ECC” means the amount calculated by Contractor for the total cost of all elements of the Work based on this Agreement available at the time(s) that the ECC is prepared. The ECC shall be based on current market rates with reasonable allowance for overhead, profit and price escalation and shall include and consider, without limitation, all alternates and contingencies, designed and specified by A/E and the cost of labor and materials necessary for installation of Owner furnished equipment. The ECC shall include all the cost elements included in the AACC, as defined above, and shall represent Contractor’s best current estimate of the Guaranteed Maximum Price it will propose for the Project based on the information then available. The ECC shall not include Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase Fee, A/E’s Fees, the cost of the land and rights-of-way, or any other costs that are the direct responsibility of Owner.

  • Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development excluding Developer Fee, operating deficit reserves, and total land cost as typically shown in the Development Cost line item on the development cost pro forma.

  • Estimated Costs means costs estimated by the Authority as likely to be:

  • Estimated Working Capital Adjustment means the amount by which the Estimated Working Capital is greater or less than the Base Working Capital, any such excess amount being treated as a positive number and any shortfall being treated as a negative number;

  • Total Project Cost means the lowest of the following:

  • Target Cost as used in this contract, means the estimated cost of this contract as initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

  • Estimated Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Cost Estimate means the detailed projected expenditure, including material costs and overhead, equipment costs and overhead, labor costs and overhead, and all taxes associated with each major material and service component, required for a line extension. It shall also separately identify any incremental costs associated with providing premium services. The Company may, for the purpose of standardization, establish standard construction cost estimates, for basic or premium service plans, which shall not exceed, in any event, the average cost of constructing such line extensions in the area involved, in which case the term “cost estimate” as used in this section will be understood to mean the standard estimate thus established.

  • Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a DCA funded property after it is placed in service.

  • Base Cost means base cost as defined in paragraph 1 of the Eighth Schedule;

  • Reasonable cost means a cost for a service or item that is consistent with the market standards for comparable services or items.

  • FTE Cost means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period.

  • Estimate means to be based on technical evaluation of the sources contributing to the discharge including, but not limited to, pump capabilities, water meters, and batch discharge volumes.

  • Contract Cost means the Contract Sum plus Price Variation. This cost shall be included in the letter of acceptance.

  • Unit Price Work means the Work, or a portion of the Work, paid for based on incremental units of measurement.
