EU Data definition

EU Data means any Customer Personal Information which originates from a member state of the European Economic Area. If Customer is a US entity, Customer shall not store any EU Data on the Cloud Platform unless the parties agree to such storage (including any further security and/or compliance requirements necessitated by such storage) in a separate SOW between the parties.
EU Data means “personal data” within the meaning of applicable Laws of the European Economic Area and the UK, including the GDPR.
EU Data means Personal Data that is subject to the protection of EU Data Protection Laws.

  • Customer hereby authorises any transfer of EU Data to, or access to EU Data from, such destinations outside the EU subject to any of these measures having been taken.

More Definitions of EU Data

EU Data means Personal Data under your sole controllership which is Processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited as your Processor pursuant to the Business Terms, to the extent that the GDPR or the data protection laws of Switzerland apply to the Processing of such data.
