System Data definition

System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

System Data means data created by, in connection with or in relation to Equipment or the performance of Services under this Agreement.

• Provide City – Licensed Geographical Information System Data set forth in Attachment D, incorporated into this Agreement.

• As between the parties, AUDITIVE exclusively owns all right, title and interest in and to the Auditive Product, System Data and AUDITIVE’s Confidential Information, and Customer exclusively owns all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Data, insights produced specifically for Customer via the use of the Auditive Product by Customer (which will constitute Customer Data for purposes hereof) and Customer’s Confidential Information.

More Definitions of System Data

System Data means any and all electronic information received, generated or stored by the ISO in performing its functions under these rules; and

System Data means all information required for daily electronic submission to the OEMS by all EMS Systems using the EMS data set, data dictionary, and file format as specified in "North Carolina College of Emergency Physicians: Standards for Medical Oversight and Data Collection," incorporated by reference in accordance with G.S. 150B-21.6, including subsequent amendments and additions. System Data means control data from laboratory tests or transactional, volume and performance data related to the Services, which does not contain any: (i) control data following treatment with any Test Materials; (ii) personally identifiable information; or (iii) Sponsor Confidential Information.

System Data means all data, content and information in the nature of de-identified or aggregate system administrative data, statistical and demographical data, geographic data and operational information and data generated by or characterizing the use of the Services. System Data includes location-data describing the geographic whereabouts and condition of any Equipment.

System Data means aggregated or anonymized information regarding use of the Licensed Products, but does not include Licensee Data; and

System Data means configuration information, log and event data, Product performance data, and statistics regarding Customer’s use of the Products.

System Data means anonymized, aggregated data compiled by Xxxxxx and/or the Services relating to use of the Services, including use by Client, that is not attributable to Client or any user, customer, or company, and is used for benchmarking and other metrics within the Services.
