System Data definition

System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.
System Data means data created by, in connection with or in relation to Equipment or the performance of Services under this Agreement.

System Data means any and all electronic information received, generated or stored by the ISO in performing its functions under these rules; and
System Data means all information required for daily electronic submission to the OEMS by all EMS Systems using the EMS data set, data dictionary, and file format as specified in "North Carolina College of Emergency Physicians: Standards for Medical Oversight and Data Collection," incorporated by reference in accordance with G.S. 150B-21.6, including subsequent amendments and additions. System Data means all data, content and information in the nature of de- identified or aggregate system administrative data, statistical and demographical data, and operational information and data generated by or characterizing the use of the Services.
System Data means aggregated or anonymized information regarding use of the Licensed Products, but does not include Licensee Data; and
System Data means configuration information, log and event data, Product performance data, and statistics regarding Customer’s use of the Products.
System Data has the meaning set forth in Section 4.19.
System Data means transactional, volume and performance data related to the Software, which does not contain or reveal any personally identifiable information, Customer Confidential Information or specific traits of any particular individual person or of Customer. System Data does not include any Customer records stored in the Software.
