Examples of European enforcement order in a sentence
In the cases referred to in paragraph 1(a), (f) and (g), before deciding not to recognise and enforce a European enforcement order, the competent authority in the executing State shall consult the competent authority in the issuing State, by any appropriate means, and shall, where appropriate, ask it to supply any necessary additional information without delay.
The European enforcement order shall be forwarded directly to the competent authority in the executing State by the competent authority in the issuing State by any means which leaves a written record under conditions allowing the executing State to establish its authenticity.
In order to reduce the delays and additional costs associated with these procedures, there have been proposals for the abolition of all intermediate measures for the recognition of judicial decisions among member states.78 In April 2004, a new regulation was adopted creating a European enforcement order for uncontested claims.
