Event of Default Stock Payment Date definition

Event of Default Stock Payment Date means any date on which the Holder delivers an Event of Default Stock Payment Notice pursuant to Section 5(C) hereunder.

Related to Event of Default Stock Payment Date

  • Specified Event of Default means an Event of Default pursuant to Sections 8.1(a), 8.1(b) (with respect to Section 7.1 only) or 8.1(c).

  • Note Event of Default means any “Event of Default” specified in Section 5.1 of the Indenture.

  • Acceleration Event means the occurrence of an Event of Default (a) in respect of which Agent has declared all or any portion of the Obligations to be immediately due and payable pursuant to Section 10.2, (b) pursuant to Section 10.1(a), and in respect of which Agent has suspended or terminated the Revolving Loan Commitment pursuant to Section 10.2, and/or (c) pursuant to either Section 10.1(e) and/or Section 10.1(f).

  • default value means a value derived from a typical value by the application of pre-determined factors and that may, in circumstances specified in this Directive, be used in place of an actual value;’;

  • Default Event means the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Event of Default has the meaning specified in Section 8.01.

  • Issuer Event of Default means the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Non-Payment Default means any event of default (other than a Payment Default) the occurrence of which entitles one or more Persons to accelerate the maturity of any Designated Senior Indebtedness.

  • Guarantor Event of Default means the occurrence of any “Event of Default” under and as defined in the Performance Guaranty.

  • Potential Event of Default means any event which, with the giving of notice or the lapse of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.

  • Company Event of Default bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 13.1; “Company Notice of Default” bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 13.2;
