Event Referee definition

Event Referee means the Official responsible for the overall conduct of the Competition.
Event Referee means the Official responsible for leading and managing the officials to deliver a safe, efficient and fair competition across all arenas for all competitors.

Such a person must be accredited or certified as being qualified by the National Association of Corrosion Engineers or be a registered professional engineer who has certification or licensing that includes education and experience in corrosion control of buried or submerged metal piping systems and metal tanks.

  • Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.

With reference to the calibration of radiation therapy equipment, an individual having, in addition to the above qualifications, training and experience in the clinical applications of radiation physics to radiation therapy, for example, individuals certified in Therapeutic Radiological Physics or X-Ray and Radium Physics by the American Board of Radiology, or those having equivalent qualifications.

  • Alternative dispute resolution means mediation, arbitration, conciliation, or other nonjudicial procedure that involves a neutral party in the decisionmaking process. The form of alternative dispute resolution chosen pursuant to this article may be binding or nonbinding, with the voluntary consent of the parties.

  • Arbiter has the meaning set forth in Section 1.05(d).

  • Dispute Resolution Process means the process described in clause 9

  • Dispute Date means, with respect to a Dispute, the date on which a Dispute Notice is effectively delivered by one party to the other party save that if, with respect to a Dispute, both parties deliver a Dispute Notice, the date on which the first in time of such notices is effectively delivered will be the Dispute Date. Each Dispute Notice will be effectively delivered if delivered in the manner agreed between the parties for the giving of notices in respect of this Agreement.

  • Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).
