Everglades Agricultural Area definition

Everglades Agricultural Area means that area which is described on the map entitled “Everglades Agricultural Area”, filed in the office of the Secretary of State as Exhibit A to this rule and made an integral part hereof.
Everglades Agricultural Area or "EAA" means the Everglades Agricultural Area, which are those lands described in subsection (15).
Everglades Agricultural Area shall have the meanings as defined in statutes in effect on January 1, 1996.

Examples of Everglades Agricultural Area in a sentence

  • For special districts with withdrawal facilities that supply several individual users, such as diversion and impoundment systems and sub-basins within the Everglades Agricultural Area Water Use Basin which collectively derive their water supply from District operated structures, the water use shall be monitored at the primary withdrawal facilities.

  • A Use of Works of the District within the Everglades general, individual or master permit pursuant to Chapter 40E-63, F.A.C., must be obtained by any owner of a parcel of land in the Everglades Agricultural Area.
