If the Company pays any Excess Cash Dividend in any financial year, it shall simultaneously pay to the Holder an amount equal to the Excess Dividend Amount multiplied by the number of Shares into which this Note is convertible at the Conversion Price then in effect on the relevant record date for the payment of such Excess Cash Dividend.
