Excess Shipments definition

Excess Shipments. Any shipments in excess of the order quantity on the purchase order must be approved in advance and in writing by ▇▇▇▇▇. Buyer reserves the right to refuse or reject all shipments over and above the quantity specified in this Contract. Buyer shall not be liable for Supplier’s commitments or production arrangements in excess of the amount, or in advance of the time necessary to meet Buyers delivery schedule. Goods which are delivered in advance of schedule, without Buyer authorization, may, at Buyer’s option, either:

  • Contracted Month means each full month during the term of the IBM SaaS measured from 12:00

  • Contract Amount means:

  • Recyclable Product means the ability of a product and its packaging to be reused, reconditioned for use, or recycled through existing recycling collection programs.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination on which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, an amount (calculated by the Servicer and without duplication) equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the portion of the Adjusted Principal Balance of each Eligible Collateral Loan that causes such Concentration Limitation to be exceeded.

  • Replenishment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).
