Exchange Access Service definition

Exchange Access Service as used in this Agreement, shall mean the offering of access to Telephone Exchange Services or facilities for the purpose of the origination or Termination of telephone toll services, as defined by the various state and federal regulatory bodies.
Exchange Access Service means “Exchange Access Service” as defined in the Act.
Exchange Access Service has the meaning as defined at 47 U.S.C. § 153(4716).
