Exchange Contract definition

Exchange Contract means a contract for Commodity approved by SFC and the HKFE for trading on one of the markets from time to time established and operated by the HKFE which may result in a Futures Contract and/or an Options Contract.

Examples of Exchange Contract in a sentence

  • The contract in terms of a Participating Exchange Contract shall be subject to the rules of the relevant Participating Exchange and shall not be subject to the provisions of this agreement.

  • Upon confirmation by the relevant Participating Exchange of receipt of trade/position details from LCH, rights and obligations under such contract, save for outstanding obligations with respect to fees and margin and those rights and obligations referred to in the Rules of LIFFE and the Regulations of LCH, shall be discharged and there shall arise simultaneously a contract in the terms of a Participating Exchange Contract between us.

  • The Forward Exchange Contract is marked to market and resulting difference is recognized in Statement of Profit or Loss.

Exchange Contract means a contract under which a consumer, for consideration, joins an exchange system which allows that consumer access to overnight accommodation or other services in exchange for granting to other persons temporary access to the benefits of the rights deriving from that consumer's timeshare contract;
