In the event the Company revises its remediation plan in respect to the "Excluded Area" (whether by reason of a further Requirement of Law or otherwise), the Company shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent and the Banks of such revision, in detail satisfactory to the Majority Banks, and shall comply with such revised remediation plan.
If Parent proposes to acquire an oil and gas property or other Asset in the Excluded Area, or to acquire an Excluded Asset, Parent will form a subsidiary separate from Owner and acquire such property or Asset in such separate subsidiary.

Commercial general liability or comprehensive general liability insurance and naming Subtenant as insured and Sublandlord and each Lender as additional insured, against any and all claims for personal injury, death or property damage occurring in or about the Premises or the Excluded Area, or arising out of Subtenant's or Subtenant's Agents' use of the Excluded Area, use or occupancy of the Premises or Excluded Area or Subtenant's operations on the Premises and Excluded Area.
