Restricted Areas definition

Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within the Project site that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, and other non-public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, (ii) public areas of a Project site during non- business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours, and
Restricted Areas means indoor areas of all RHA buildings owned and operated by the Housing Authority such as rental units, and including but not limited to: porches, patios, electrical closets, storage units, administration buildings, and in other areas designated by RHA as smoke-free.
Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within the Facility that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, and other non-public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, (ii) public areas of a Facility during non-business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours, and (iii) the areas defined as Restricted Areas in the Background Check Policy.

Examples of Restricted Areas in a sentence

  • The badge will indicate that the person is permitted to access the Restricted Areas.

  • The Judicial Council shall conduct the screening and approval of employees of Contractor and Subcontractors that have access to the Restricted Areas pursuant to the Judicial Council’s then-current background check policies and procedures (“Background Check Policy”).

More Definitions of Restricted Areas

Restricted Areas means any area designated by GRDA where the public is prohibited from engaging in certain activities due to safety concerns or because the activity interferes with the business of GRDA.
Restricted Areas means defined areas within locations where water is prepared for supply, or where it is considered to be in supply in these areas of the site, including boreholes, wells, springs, treatment works, pumping stations, service reservoirs and all pipes in distribution systems to the customer’s premises
Restricted Areas means the researching, developing, manufacturing, marketing, distributing and selling of diagnostic, preventative, monitoring or therapeutic products for the following anatomy or disease states, in each case, excluding the Business:

Restricted Areas means PSA’s premises which are designated as protected places pursuant to the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act (CAP 256) and/or free trade zones pursuant to the Free Trade Zone Act (CAP 114) and any other PSA’s premises as may be determined by PSA from time to time which access requires the production of PSA Pass and/or any other documents as required by PSA from time to time.
