Related to Excluded Vendors

Excluded IP has the meaning assigned to such term in the U.S. Security Agreement.
Excluded Products means the part(s) of the Products specified as such in the Lot Information and Conditions;
Contracted Vendors means all vendors who contract or who have contracted with the Owners pursuant to Bid No. 23-056 for Unit Price – Plumbing Services.
Approved Vendor means the entity approved by the IPA under the ABP to be eligible for an award of an Agreement (as a Seller) under the ABP.
Excluded Items means any items which the Committee determines shall be excluded in fixing Performance Goals, including, without limitation, any gains or losses from discontinued operations, any extraordinary gains or losses and the effects of accounting changes.
