Exclusive License Agreement definition

Exclusive License Agreement means the exclusive license agreement dated May 2006 (and any amendments thereto) by and between XENOMICS on the one hand, and Brunangelo Falini and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (jointly “Original Licensor”) on the other hand.
