More Definitions of Executing Broker

Executing Broker means a broker appointed by GTN ASIA to execute trades on its behalf in the local exchange of a particular country. All Executing Brokers used by GTN ASIA to provide services under this Agreement will be duly authorised or licensed to act in such capacity by the relevant local regulatory authority or stock exchange.
