Existing Bank Indebtedness definition

Existing Bank Indebtedness all Indebtedness under the Existing Credit Agreement and all accrued and unpaid monetary obligations of the Borrower under the Existing Credit Agreement.

Existing Bank Indebtedness is the Indebtedness of Borrower to Bank under the Existing Bank Loan Agreement including the final payment and prepayment fee thereunder.
