Examples of Credit Documents in a sentence
The Lenders hereby acknowledge and agree that the Agent is the holder of an irrevocable power of attorney from the Lenders for the purpose of holding any of the Security or any other security granted by any Person with respect to the liabilities of the Borrowers under the Credit Documents, and the Agent hereby agrees to act in such capacity.
The Agent shall have no duties or responsibilities except those expressly set forth in the Credit Documents.
This Agreement together with all other Credit Documents constitute the entire agreement between the parties to this Agreement with respect to the Credit Facilities and the other matters contemplated in this Agreement as of the date of this Agreement, and supersedes all other negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, with respect to the Credit Facilities.
For greater certainty, all such written arrangements between the Agent and the Borrowers shall constitute Credit Documents, shall survive the execution of this Agreement and shall in all respects remain operative and binding on the Borrowers.
Neither the Agent nor any of its officers, directors, employees or agents shall be liable for any action taken or omitted to be taken under or in connection with the Credit Documents, unless such act or omission constitutes gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
